Bathroom and kitchen upgrades without demolition
Most Brampton homes were built in the last 40 years, many in large subdivisions in Springdale, Castlemore, Mount Pleasant and Credit Valley. The bathrooms and kitchens are often in good structural shape but dated. Microcement goes directly over sound tile and countertop backsplashes, so you get a modern finish without removing what is there. It is about 2 to 3 mm thick and is sealed for daily use.
For showers we add a waterproofing membrane and a shower-rated sealer. Floors get a slip-resistant sealer.
Feature walls and living spaces
In Brampton's larger homes, especially in Castlemore and Credit Valley, clients often choose Venetian Plaster for a fireplace or a double-height living room wall. It has real depth and can be polished to a soft sheen. For whole rooms, Limewash Paint gives warm, cloudy colour at a lower cost.
